Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
for German speaking customers

Main job responsibilities:

  • Customer service via phone and e-mail for our German speaking customers
  • Advising on product range and product selection
  • Support with product orders, payments and order tracking
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and returns
  • Additional to these tasks you string tennis rackets

Your skills:

  • Passionate for Customer Service to achieve a high customer satisfaction and to create customer loyalty
  • Strong proficiency in German and you are able the speak and understand English
  • Additional language skills (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
  • Good computer knowledge and time management
  • You have high listening and communication skills
  • You work independently, solution- and service-oriented
  • Despite hectic periods you keep a cool head
  • Knowledge of Tennis and/or Running Products are an advantage
