Tennis Warehouse has an opportunity to better serve the European tennis market with a new distribution center located in Schutterwald, Germany.
The steady growth of Tennis Warehouse Europe requires a constant search for new partners. Are you a motivated and dynamic professional interested in joining Tennis Warehouse Europe and being part of our future development?
Our Schutterwald office in Baden-Württemberg is located 4 km from Offenburg. Employees may also live in France (Strasbourg area), which is approximately 10 minutes from our main office in Germany.
Currently we have the following positions available:
Customer Service Representatives
If you are a quick study and are interested in learning more about racquets, strings, shoes and other equipment and are willing to help customers with their tennis equipment choices - Tennis Warehouse Europe may have a position for you.
Your responsibilities:
- Sales consultant in our retail store
- Take phone orders and answer customer questions
- Manage incoming orders, E-mails, returns and follow-up on orders
- Prepare orders for shipping
- String racquets
- Support warehouse manager, help with checking inventory, and general organization and cleanup
Your qualifications:
- Ability to learn the techniques for racquet stringing
- Proficient in English as well as one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian
- Strong interest in tennis equipment and desire to share product experience with the customer
- Excellent computer skills with an ability to learn new software applications
Web Editor (Spanish) for the TW Europe Website
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the Spanish Website for Tennis Warehouse Europe
- Edit and update the website daily with new product descriptions, photos, videos, animations
- Responsible for contents of the website (product description, spelling, grammar etc.)
- Test new tennis products (racquets, strings, shoes etc.)
- Check specifications of our products (weight, size, etc.)
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Tennis player with a passion for this sport
- Excellent computer skills with an ability to learn new software applications
- Strong knowledge of the internet, online-shops and website features
- Ability to write and edit product descriptions accurately in your native language (Spanish)
- Strong interest in tennis equipment and desire to share product experience with the customer
