We deliver demo racquets to 21 countries in the EU, and best of all, you only pay for shipping! Plus, with our no-risk program, shipping is refunded when you decide to buy a new racket.
For the health and safety of our customers, every demo racket is thoroughly sanitized and wrapped with a brand new overgrip before shipment. We strongly encourage doubling the effort by disinfecting the handle a second time prior to personal use.

- Play with them for up to a week.
- Send them back to us using the pre-paid shipping label provided.

In which countries do you ship demo rackets?
We ship demo rackets to following countries: France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Hungary, Croatia, Estonia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Poland and Spain (not Canary Islands)
How much does it cost?
The only cost you will incur is a 15 € shipping charge for getting the demo racket(s) to you and back to Tennis Warehouse Europe.
For every demo racquet (max. 2), we will charge you a 75 € deposit (max. 150 €) which will be refunded once the racquet is returned in the same condition as received.
How long does it take to get the demos & how long can I keep them?
If the rackets are in stock, it takes between 2 - 4 business days after we ship the demos before you can test them. Your rackets will ship the same day if you place the order before 12h00, otherwise they will ship the next day (does not include weekends).
You can test the rackets for 7 days.
How do I return the rackets?
We will include a prepaid return label in the box. Simply place the return label over the demo box’s existing label and ship it back to Tennis Warehouse Europe. You won’t be charged any additional fees.
What happens if I forgot to return the rackets?
We want as many people as possible to have a chance to demo these rackets so it's important that they're returned to us on time. If you ship them late, there is a late fee of 2,50 € per day per racket, which will be deducted from your deposit. If you are more than 7 days late, we will keep the deposit and invoice you the full retail price of the rackets.
