Other brands, such as adidas, developed a completely new shoe, a revolution in the tennis footwear industry with the Stycon, the first laceless performance tennis shoe!

Now available for ladies, the New Balance LAV! The most stable and durable shoe in their lineup, the Lav is ultra-comfortable and supportive for hours of court time. The Kinetic Stitching upper locks your feet down and adds stability when making aggressive cuts as the bootie construction fits like a custom glove. Durability has been built up in key areas, and the non-marking outsole in a modified herringbone tread pattern will provide great traction on any court surface.

The Stycon is available in an all-court and clay court outsole.

Engineered and designed for one of the best movers on tour, Rafa Nadal, the Nike Air Zoom Vapor Cage 4s will meet the standards of players that are hard on their shoe, demand serious support, enhanced stability, ridiculous levels of responsiveness and maximum durability. Hard court sliders will appreciate how the outsole is integrated into the upper where you need it the most for enhanced durability. This 2020 update of the Cage 3 offers a wider, roomy fit and a slightly stiffer feel through the upper for more stability. We recommend ordering your normal size.

Our playtesters really enjoy the 2020 update of the Asics Gel Resolution 8, which focuses on stability, durability and cushioning while offering a secure fit. Players will find step-in comfort from the FlyteFoam cushioning in the midsole and enjoy responsive cushioning from the signature Gel cushioning in the heel and forefoot. The Asics Gel Resolution 8 fits a bit wider than the previous model, but still has that snug medium fit. All our playtesters agreed that these shoes are well balanced in terms of weight and offer great traction. This model comes in an all-court and clay court outsole.

The Wilson Kaos 3.0 SFT is built for aggressive players looking for speed and comfort. This 2020 update provides dynamic support and high levels of stability for players with the highest of demands. The full bootie construction has been improved, offering a personalized glove-like fit for lateral stability and even more comfort than before. Also new is the Quicklace system helping with ankle support and a secure fit. This tennis shoe comes in an all-court and clay court outsole.

For the competitive player who seeks comfort in an ultra lightweight package, it doesn't get much better than the Yonex Sonicage 2 and its Power Cushion technology! This second generation of the Sonicage has been updated with Hyper msLite cushioning in the midsole, for an even lighter, and more responsive ride. Double Raschel Mesh in the upper provides a lightweight and very breathable feel on top of the foot. The Power Graphite plate in the middle portion of the shoe helps to maximize stability, while cutting down on extra weight. The durable rubber outsole offers a high level of traction on clay and hard courts.
