Overview
IsoGel is a light, not too sweet and very thin gel with 23 g of carbohydrates per sachet. It contains real fruit juice and has a pleasantly fresh taste, and the easy-to-open packaging makes it particularly suitable for use during competitions.
Consumption recommendation:
Your energy requirement depends on the extent and intensity of the endurance exercise::
- Medium intensity - approx. 200 kcal per hour
- High intensity - approx. 300 kcal per hour
