Updated with a softer feel, the Clash Pro V3 combines arm-friendly comfort with phenomenal command over the ball

Defined by its plush comfort and controllable power, the third generation of the Clash Pro recaptures the buttery feel of the inaugural version, launched in 2019. As the heaviest model in the series, the Clash Pro V3 isn't as quick and user-friendly as the Clash 100, but it gives intermediate and advanced players enough speed for aggressive all-court play. What separates it from its lighter siblings can be measured in plow through and power, making this racket better at redirecting the pace of a big hitting opponent or driving the ball through the court. According to our TW playtesters, this stick also provides impressive command over the ball, making it easy to trust a full swing or work the ball into tight spaces. For 2025, Wilson makes subtle tweaks to the weight and balance while refining the proprietary layup technology that gives the Clash a uniquely comfortable and responsive feel. It's called SI3D, and it increases horizontal bending (for added dwell time, pocketing, and control) while maximizing vertical bending (for easier access to spin). Additionally, Wilson adds Hit Stabilizer technology for greater torsional stability, resulting in easier access to power and less racket wobbling on off-center impact. Other updates include minor tweaks to the geometry in the shaft and yoke to facilitate multidirectional bending. Together, these features translate into a uniquely comfortable modern player's racket, one that combines outstanding touch with easy targeting on powerful cuts. The fact that it recaptures the buttery feel and pocketing of the original version is a nice bonus.

No podría haber elegido mejor.

A Worthy EvolutionHaving played extensively with the Wilson Clash V1 Pro (Tour) since 2019 and feeling disappointed by the V2, I was initially skeptical about the V3 Pro. However, after giving it a proper test, I can confidently say Wilson has nailed it with this version. Feel & Stability – The V3 feels more solid and stable compared to V1, which had that signature Clash flex but sometimes lacked stability on heavy shots. Butt Cap Design – As a one-handed backhand player, this is a game-changer. The redesigned butt cap fits perfectly in my grip. Previously, I had to wrap the bottom cap twice for better control—now, no modifications needed! String Pattern & Control – The shift from 16x19 (V1) to 16x20 (V3) has definitely lowered the launch angle, making it a bit less forgiving on loopy topspin shots but improving precision and directional control. This took some adjustment, especially coming from the V1 Pro, which had a higher launch. It’s likely due to the additional cross string, but it’s something that can be adapted to with time. Overall, the Wilson Clash Pro V3 is a fantastic update that refines what worked in V1 while addressing some of its weaknesses. It’s stable, comfortable, and a perfect fit for my game. I’m ditching the V1 and fully committing to V3. Big thanks to Tennis Warehouse for their demo program—definitely helped me make the right choice!
