The Grapplesnake Tour Mako is a round‐profile co-poly string engineered for the 2024/25 season, combining the best attributes of Grapplesnake's Tour M8 and Paradox Pro lines. 

It uses new, non-metallic additives to enhance feel and comfort while still delivering the stability and durability that serious players expect. The surface is mildly abrasive, giving just enough texture for increased spin without compromising consistency or predictability. 

With a diameter of 1.25 mm, Tour Mako sits squarely in the "medium gauge poly" class—thin enough to generate bite and spin, thick enough to retain tension reasonably well in full beds. 

The reel format (200 m) is ideal for stringers or regular players who restring often. The round shape makes stringing easier, with fewer complications than shaped or sharp-edged profiles. Tension recommendation remains roughly in the standard poly range, perhaps a little higher, depending on your frame and playing style.
