Overview
Boasting an updated cosmetic for 2021, the Gravity MP Lite offers an impressive combination of comfort, power, precision and speed. At 295 grams strung and boasting a low 303RDC swingweight, this racket should also work for the dedicated beginner. It also has a low 62RA stiffness, making it one of the more arm-friendly rackets in its class. Built with Graphene 360+, the Gravity MP Lite combines the stability and power of Graphene 360 with SpiralFibers in the lower head for a cleaner feel at impact. This racket also features a rounder frame geometry higher in the stringbed. This not only creates a more comfortable and responsive contact zone, it provides a bigger spin window, making it easier to attack the ball at extreme upward angles. From the baseline, this racket's speedy acceleration helps when going for pace, and the impressive level of control will boost your confidence when attempting riskier shots and trying to close out points. There's also enough spin-potential to hit sharp angles and bring the ball down effectively. The maneuverability continues at net where improving players will find it easy to spring into action when opportunity knocks. Although the Gravity MP Lite doesn't redirect the pace of a big serve as effectively as the standard MP version, it feels solid for the weight and it will give you the needed speed and precision to stay aggressive. Ultimately, with its fast feel, controllable power and generous sweetspot, the Gravity MP Lite is a great option for the intermediate player who wants ease of use. The fact that it comes with an arm-friendly stiffness rating is an awfully nice bonus.
