Overview
Introducing the VCORE Galaxy Black 100 (280g)! This racket has the same specs as the red VCORE 100 (280g) but it comes in a stealth black cosmetic. With its light weight and user-friendly playability, this racket provides a user-friendly entry point into the speed and spin of the VCORE series. At 280 grams unstrung, it is suitable for dedicated beginners and rising intermediates. Like other members of the Galaxy Black series, this racket features Aero Fin grooves in multiple locations surrounding the racket's head. This technology is complimented by an Aero Trench grommet system which submerges the grommets to further reduce wind drag. The upshot of these features is easier acceleration, which will help you load the ball with pace and spin. The VCORE Galaxy Black 100 (280g) also benefits from Namd, which is uniquely flexible graphite designed to increase shaft torque and spin. From the baseline, this racket feels fast, firm and spin-friendly. Although it lacks the stability of the heavier VCORE models, the light weight comes in handy when scrambling on defense or attempting to execute offensive shots on the run. The fast feel continues at net where the VCORE Galaxy Black 100 (280g) plays great on reaction volleys. Ultimately, this is a great option for strong beginners and early intermediates who want a speedy and spin-friendly racket.
