In the United States, we have locations in San Luis Obispo, California, and Alpharetta, Georgia. In Australia, we have locations in Melbourne and Perth, and in Europe you'll find us in Schutterwald, Germany. We are located in a sunny region close to the French and Swiss borders and at the foothills of the beautiful Black Forest. The lively cities Offenburg, Freiburg, and Strasbourg (France) are within easy reach.

From Schutterwald, we serve all Europe, but also deliver to countries outside of Europe. We therefore work in 5 languages: English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. We often have opportunities for new employees that speak at least one of these languages. For most positions, German skills are not required.

With around 100 employees of very diverse backgrounds, originating from 5 different continents, we all know each other, but still have the international spirit of much bigger organizations.

Category Coordinator (m/w/d) - Part-time or Full-time

Main responsibilities and tasks

Daily Tasks:

  • Website maintenance: sweeps, categories, mailbox check
  • Check purchase orders: delays, prices, discounts
  • Price matching
  • Deal with shipment mistakes

 Products/Promotions

  • Product descriptions: work in close collaboration with our US team to make sure all products have a description before they are launched on our website
  • Create all new products in our system and categorize them properly
  • Update sizing charts
  • Promotions: Track/analyze our promotion results on a weekly basis

Your skills and work experience:

  • Completed apprenticeship or University degree
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus
  • Good analytical and organizational skills, ability to prioritize
  • Good communication skills and capable to work effectively in an international team
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint

Customer Service

Our goal is to provide an unrivaled shopping experience for every customer. To support this endeavor, the customer service team is dedicated to facilitate customer orders, handle product questions, and field concerns about order issues via phone and email. We review every order for accuracy and ensure it's received promptly.

Customer Service French speaking customers (m/f/d)

Main job responsibilities:

  • Customer service via phone and e-mail for our French speaking customers
  • Advising on product range and product selection
  • Support with product orders, payments and order tracking
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and returns
  • Additional to these tasks you string tennis rackets

Your skills:

  • Passionate for Customer Service to achieve a high customer satisfaction and to create customer loyalty
  • Strong proficiency in French and you are able the speak and understand English

The warehouse crew is always moving at Tennis Warehouse. From stocking product to retrieving and packing it, this team ensures that every package that leaves our building is accurate and timely so our customers come to trust that their purchase arrives as expected with every order.

Receiving Coordinator (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Accept or Reject inbound shipments from various carriers
  • Accurately receive product in order to maintain a correct inventory
  • Booking of goods received in our Merchandise Planning system
  • Completion of the of goods receipt in due time
  • Other common warehouse activities such as restocking shelves, tidying up and keeping the workplace clean

  

Your skills and work experience:

  • First professional experience in the field of goods receipt of warehouse logistics is desirable
  • You enjoy working in an international environment
  • You communicate effectively with managers and co-workers
  • Accurate and careful working methods are important and natural to you
  • Reliability, commitment and self-motivation characterize you
  • Good computer skills as well as good English skills are an advantage
