Updated with a new material technology for 2026!

Meet the 2026 Boom Pro! Like the previous version, this update features the heaviest weight and most surgical head size in the Boom family. The result is an impressive combination of stability, power and precision, with enough spin potential to bring the ball down on schedule. It also comes with a sub-64RA stiffness, giving it an arm-friendly feel. As with other members of the Boom family, the Pro features a unique head shape, which creates a more forgiving contact zone in the upper hoop (think large sweetspot). For 2026, Head introduces a new material technology called Hy-Bor, which puts compression-resistant boron fibers in the shaft to create a more stable and connected feel through impact. Like the previous generation, this racket retains Auxetic 2 in the yoke and handle to reduce vibrations and improve the response, while using Graphene Inside for greater stability and power. Ultimately, with subtle improvements to the feel and response, this update checks all the right boxes. Players looking for a plush and spin-friendly racket with easy access to power should add this to their list.

Easy power with great feel and fast to handleThis racket is what I've been searching for forever! My previous racket was the Boom MP, which was nice and easy, but I was looking for more "pop" and stability. I experimented with so many options, including the Ezone 98, Percept 97 and 100, Extreme Pro, Vcore 100 and 98, Speed Pro and MP, Blade 100 and 98 in 16x19, and Aero Pro 98. Of those, Aero Pro 98 and Vcore 98 were closest to what I was looking for. (Sprint Pro was amazing, but too difficult for my level.) Even bought the Vcore and played for a couple of months, but found it to be a little too difficult (slower to handle and too powerful) when the pace got higher. Then I tried the Boom Pro 2024 model, and loved it! Now I bought the 2026 version, and am totally in love. This model is sooo soft to the hands (strung with Luxilon 4G Soft at 25kg), gives me the spin and control to keep my shots in, and feels lighter than the 310 grams it possesses. Everyone is surprised to see the weight, and yet not have a heavy feeling at all. Heavier rackets tend to give me wrist problems very quickly, but not this one. The frame is perfectly formed with a snapback that is very predictable, just the perfect amount of power without being floppy. The launch angle is a tad higher than on the MP, which gives my flatter shots the extra height to climb over the net in low balls. And the feel, omg, don't get me started. It feels like slicing butter with a hot knife. At net, it took a bit of getting used to, as it doesn't have the perfect control that a Speed Pro at 18x20 does (imo the absolute best racket at the net ever made), but very stable. If my technique were better at the net, the racket would perform perfectly. Can't blame the racket there. The Boom Pro 2024 is pretty close to being perfect as well, and with the discounted prices now with the new model coming in, is a great value for the money. Would definitely recommend as well. If you can put in the extra money, go for the 2026 model. What an amazing all-around racket! I swear it made me a better player overnight. :D
