Who can register for the Coaches Lounge and how?

Tennis coaches with a valid coaching licence can sign up for the Coaches Lounge.
To register, simply click the "Register Coaches Lounge" button and provide the required information.
Within 1 2 business days, you will receive an email with all further details.

Is the program free of charge?

Yes, participation in the Coaches Lounge is completely free of charge.

Where can I find the discount code for my students and can they access the code themselves?

The discount code will be sent by email to the coach who registered for the Coaches Lounge.
This coach is responsible for sharing the code with all students using suitable communication channels, such as email, newsletters and WhatsApp.

Where and how can the discount code be redeemed?

You can enter the discount code in the "Coupon Code" field in the shopping cart under the order summary, then click "Apply."
A message will indicate whether the code is valid.
If the code is accepted, click "Apply" again to return to the order overview and view the discount in the cart.

Is the discount code valid on all products?
The discount code applies to almost all products. Excluded are items from ASICS, tennis balls, court equipment, nutrition and promotional deals.
For discounted products, the code is valid on many, although not all items. The shopping cart will always show the applicable validity.

What are the performance bonuses?

The more revenue generated through your individual coaching discount code, the more benefits you receive through our bonus program.
Once a certain revenue threshold is reached, we also support you with goodies for camps and events.

What if we are between two reward tiers?

If your performance places you between two tiers, you remain in your current tier until you fully reach the defined threshold for the next tier.

Where can I view the revenue generated by my students?

You will receive a revenue summary by email once a year.

What is included in the ball offer?

With any order of tennis balls totaling at least 1,000, you will receive four gift cards worth 25 each. Children's balls are excluded. The gift cards are included in the delivery and can be used on your next purchase.

What is the Demo Racket Program?

Once you reach a specific status level within our bonus program, you will receive a demo package that includes a selection of rackets, bags and overgrips.
Your students can test this equipment during training to find the perfect fit for their game.

What does the "Refer a Friend" program mean?

You can recommend Tennis Warehouse Europe to other coaches or clubs.
If they register with us and indicate that they were referred by you, you will receive a gift card as a thank-you for your recommendation.
