After registration, the club representative receives a VIP code, along with access to all program benefits, communication tools and key details.

Who can register for the Clubhouse Program and how?
Club representatives can register their club for the Clubhouse Program.
To do so, simply click the "Register Clubhouse" button and enter the required information.
Within 1–2 business days, you will receive an email with all further details.
Is the program free of charge?
Yes, participation in our Clubhouse Program is completely free of charge.
Where can I find the discount code for our members, and can members access the code themselves?
The discount code will be sent via email to the club representative who completed the registration for the Clubhouse Program.
This person is responsible for sharing the code with all members using suitable communication channels, such as email, newsletters, WhatsApp or notice boards at the club.
Where and how can the discount code be redeemed?
You can enter the discount code in the "Coupon Code" field in the shopping cart under the order summary and then click "Apply."
You will then see whether the code is valid.
If the code is accepted, click "Apply" again to return to the order overview and display the discount in the cart.
Is the discount code valid on all products?
The discount code applies to almost all products. Excluded are items from ASICS, tennis balls, court equipment, nutrition and special promotions.
For discounted products, the code applies to many, but not all items. The validity is always shown directly in the shopping cart.
What are the performance bonuses?
The more revenue generated through your club's individual discount code, the more benefits your club receives as part of our bonus program.
From a specific revenue amount onwards, we additionally support you with goodies for tournaments and events.
What if we are between two reward tiers?
If your performance places you between two tiers, you remain in your current tier until you fully reach the defined threshold for the next tier.
Where can I view our club's revenue?
The club representative receives a revenue overview by email twice a year.
What is included in the ball offer?
With a ball order of at least €1,000, you will receive four gift cards worth €25 each. Children's balls are excluded.
These gift cards are included in the delivery and can be redeemed with the next purchase.
