• You must request a Return Authorisation (RA) from Total Padel. Please email information.en@tenniswarehouse-europe.com  with your return request.
• Any return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. Return shipping labels are not provided for drop-shipped items.
• Must be returned unused with original packaging.
• Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify the condition of the product returned.
