Overview
ProKennex updates the Q15 (260) with the Ki Q+15 Light (260g) but keeps the same winning formula that made this such an ideal racquet for beginner and intermediate players. Like its predecessor, this racket comes with a forgiving and powerful 677cm² head size, ensuring that performance and comfort remain high even when contact is less than perfect. The light weight and extended length will make it easy for you to swing big when more pace and spin are needed. Although this racket is quite powerful, it definitely offers more control than a traditional oversize racket. ProKennex builds this racket with their time-tested Kinetic Q Technology, which uses moveable mass in strategic locations to absorb shock and transfer more power to the ball. This racket also comes with a space-age Spiraltech Carbon layup, which removes impurities and air pockets from the graphite layers in order to provide extra strength and dampening. From the baseline, this light yet surprisingly stable racket rewards medium length strokes with easy depth. Even more impressive is the massive power, which is available to those who swing it fast. There’s also more than enough spin-potential to help you bring the ball down hard. At net the combination of speed and stability make this a very easy racket to volley with. The large 677cm² head provides a luxurious hitting area for making clean contact. Finally the extended length makes for easier net clearance and extra momentum on serves. The result is more power. ProKennex has produced a fine update for strong beginners and intermediate players looking for a light performance racket with big power, impressive comfort and spin-friendly precision.
